All returns require approval. Please email admin@themagicaldragon.com before sending back merchandise.
We will accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery, except for pre-orders, which are final sale.
No Refunds on Collectible Trading Cards All sales of collectible trading cards are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted. This policy is in place because: Card values can fluctuate based on market conditions and player demand. We cannot verify the integrity of opened card products once handled. Reselling opened or returned cards undermines product authenticity and collector confidence. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing trading cards.
We do not cover shipping costs on returns and will not reimburse the original shipping cost.
Refunds are issued once the items are received and inspected.
Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of 5%. This applies both for returns and order cancellations.
Pre-order cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation will not be accepted once we are less than 10 days from the release date, as items will already be purchased and in many cases already packed and ready to ship.
Products we sell are brand new/factory sealed. Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and product packaging may occur and do not qualify for a replacement.
Please allows 10 business days for processing a refund.
